Stonehaven Hermes is a private, owner-operated AI assistant used to help with household administration and the Knobheadz business. This page provides information for people whose emails or other business communications may be handled with its assistance. Hermes is not a public service and does not accept outside registrations.
How it is used
For Knobheadz, Hermes supports an AI-assisted virtual customer experience coordinator known as Sarah. Sarah can organise email, identify customer enquiries, prepare responses, and send internal business notifications. Customer-facing messages are subject to operating rules and human oversight. Communications may use an AI-powered signature.
Google account access
Hermes connects to Google services only when an authorised account holder grants permission. Its Gmail integration may read and categorise messages, apply mailbox labels, create drafts, and send authorised messages or owner notifications. Permissions can be revoked by the account holder through their Google Account.
